We engage scientific specialists who share Areté’s vision to develop unique approaches to advanced technical problems and collaborate with our software engineers, scientists, and other technical staff. Areté encourages relationships with universities and other research and development organizations from the scientific community when necessary to fulfill contract requirements. Areté also procures a variety of commercial items and services as well as developmental items to satisfy its customers’ needs on prototype or low-rate production programs.
