Areté’s work on Project VISTA (Vision and Intelligence Systems for Medical Teaming Applications) has been nominated for and won an award at the 2024 FORUM Innovation Awards!
For the past four years, Areté has collaborated on Project VISTA with our partners at the U.S. Army’s Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC). Using internal R&D funding, these collective efforts have culminated in the productization of Project VISTA technologies into our Automated Image-based Monitoring System (AIMS) product. AIMS, as a commercial output of VISTA, offers remote monitoring capabilities for medics and first responders, enabling them to remotely search for, detect, and monitor vital signs of individuals from an unmanned aerial system.
